Travel advisor with two years experience will join the Customer Service Team, whose main goal is to provide excellent customer service, before, during and after their trip.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Travel Advisor will be responsible for the following:

- Conduct timely customer inquiries
- Provide best ideas for increasing sales
- Ensure company processes are followed and relevant
- Deal with and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Reports on approved KPIs
- Install updated customer service tools and templates
- Deal with credit card and check payment
- Always friendly with the reservations team
- Give feedback to the product team
- Work on ad-hoc projects as required
